What Happens After Booking
Simple customer guide after submitting a booking or event registration.
1. Submit booking or event registration.
2. System generates KEV booking/event number and invoice.
3. Pay by active payment method shown on the invoice or payment page.
4. Upload payment proof from the upload link.
5. Admin verifies payment.
6. Booking or event registration becomes confirmed.
7. Customer can check status using booking number and phone number.
8. Keep receipt and bring proof during arrival/check-in.
If urgent, contact Kev Advenduro by WhatsApp with your booking number, invoice number and payment proof.
