Simple return and inspection guide for rental bikes and gear.
After Ride Return Steps
- Return rental bike/gear to the assigned crew/admin counter.
- Admin checks asset code, return time, fuel/cleanliness if applicable, and visible condition.
- Any damage, loss or late return is recorded in the system.
- Deposit status is updated: returned, cleared, pending, deducted or charged.

Rental bike/gear availability is subject to admin confirmation. Deposit may be required before handover. Any damage, loss or late return may be charged after inspection.
