Off-road and enduro activities involve risk. Please read before booking or joining an event.
Safety & Risk Acknowledgement
Participants understand that off-road riding, ATV riding, dirt bike activity, trail riding, training and event participation may involve fall risk, vehicle damage, injury, weather changes, mud, uneven terrain and mechanical issues.
- Participants must follow staff, marshal, guide or instructor instructions.
- Proper safety gear is required where applicable.
- Participants are responsible for choosing activity level suitable to their skill, fitness and bike condition.
- Parents or guardians must approve and sign for minors where accepted by the organiser.
- No-show, cancellation, refund and weather terms follow the published event/package terms.
Admin can edit the final waiver wording in the system and each booking/event stores agreement date, IP and user agent where available.
